Borage (2018)

This drawing was inspired by my love for space and flowers COMBINED! It was also inspired by the song "Fly me to the Moon" Bayonetta cover, haha! It was originally going to be Bayonetta fan art but I'm glad I pivoted to something original.

The name Borage is the name of flowers that are in the shape of a star. I'm still very proud of this drawing and it is always the drawing I present when people ask for my work.

This painting was the front cover of the 2018 issue of the Gadfly.

Mind Comic Page 6 (2019)

My favorite page from my Mind comic. Sunny lives inside his own head and he's having a HEADACHE! His conscience, a guide through his head, tries to save Sunny before he gets crushed by his own head! Also, Sunny has no idea what is going on!!!

I like the perspective on the last panel and the background was fun to make! With my comics I want them to feel as free as possible. The characters change from panel to panel. An example of this his the hands and how Sunny's eyes overlap or are uneven.

Medium: Ink on paper.  Colored digitally.

Survival of the Idiots (2019)

I drew this for the SpongeZine honoring Stephen Hillenburg's life. Hundreds of artist joined in and I'm glad I got selected to participate.

I got tasked to do the season 2 episode "Survival of Idiots". In the episode SpongeBob and Patrick get stuck in Sandy's tree dome and have to survive winter. They end up goofing off while Sandy is trying to hibernate.

I got I like the gradient on Sandy's night gown and how I drew Patrick's face getting squished. It was hard drawing on paper because I didn't wanna mess up and have to start over!

Medium: Ink, water color on water color paper.

Self Portrait 22: Daily Drawing 107 (2019)

On August 2019 I started a project called "Self Portrait 22". I turned 22 years old and wanted to celebrate by drawing myself everyday for a whole year!

A lot of the daily drawings don't have a super DEEP meaning. I probably drew this because I was tired of the daily grind of working and wanting to just melt away. Not worry about ANYTHING because I'd be a pile of SLIME! I really like how I did the melting. Also, note my cute gummy bear earrings!

Medium: Water color on water color paper.

Wal-nart Zine - page 15 (2017)

After I finished my internship at a very popular brick and mordar store I wanted to make a zine venting about it and how much I'm not a fan of capitalisms. That's how my first self published zine "Wal-nart" was born!!

This page come after the boss calls Bob in to tell him he got a promotion. It wasn't what Bob wanted but he has no say in what he wants.

I inked this entirely on paper. Took a lot of ink to fill in the black background. I also let my characters be as loose as possible, that's why Bob and the manager look so different from panel to panel.

Medium: Ink on paper.

Shield Team (2019)

I've always been a Pokemon fan. I was a die hard fan as a kid! I still like it now but I don't really like expressing it to people because I don't like the competitive scene or talking to other die hard fans in general.

I did want to express how much I loved gen 8 and drew my Pokemon team! This includes: Obstagoon, Grookey, Darmanitan, Drednaw, Alcremie and Hatterene. They're not very strong but I love experiencing the story with Pokemon that have good designs.

Industrial Heart in an Organic World (2017)

I have a story idea in my head about a robot in a post apocalypse world. He was dead until a flower sprouted on his head and now they explore this empty world.

I drew the robot and cut it out, then painted the background and pasted the robot into place.

This painting was featured in the 2017 issue of the Gadfly and was featured at the Glema center for the arts gallery.

Medium: Water color, color pencil, marker, ink on water color paper.

Fan Con Poster (2019)

I was asked to do the promotional art for Western KY Fan Con and I was super jazzed to do so! I even made a big 5ft standee of the super hero book character I created!

I did the text digitally because I knew I'd need to edit it potentially and to make sure it was a clear and straight as possible. I drew and painted everything (but the text) on a HUGE piece of water color paper.

Medium: Water color, ink and water color paper. Text is digital.

Rush Hour (2018)

I've always had a huge affinity for 'Find-it' styled illustrations. I decided to make one myself! I started this drawing with the river and added from there. Everything else came naturally. It was fun illustrating something from the top of my head.

This image has a octopus, crow, frog, turtle, fish, mouse, snake, worm bunny, ant and a spider. Can you find them all???

Medium: Ink on cardstock

Tryna Be Human (2018)

I had this idea of a painting in mind for a long time. I like the idea of a Octopus wearing 8 different shoes. I took that drawing further by having him walk in a city. I looooved painting the background and the brick wall.

This painting was featured in the 2018 issue of the Gadfly!

Medium: Water color, ink on water color paper.
